What you need

You buy nothing. Everything named came with the full program.

- What woke it.
- Which way she leaned, and how much.
- What she did — and how long until she came down.
Write after. Never during. No adjectives.
Tonight, before Card One
- Send one sentence describing her — not what is wrong, her.
- Open the Distance Book and begin the Baseline Week today.
- Hand the page for everybody else to whoever you live with.
- Put the twelve call dates in your calendar.
If a Wednesday cannot be given up
- Every call is recorded and goes to the whole cohort.
- Missing one does not put you outside anything.
- Stop the video each time a question is asked. Answer it before you hear anyone else.
Watched that way, you are standing exactly where the room was standing.
The weeks it does not go
Run one search. A small one, tonight.
Do not go back and catch up on anything.
Or do nothing. Sit down near her.
That is not a failed evening. It is an accurate reading of an evening.
